Eligibility for Returns

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review the request and arrange a pickup if approved
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or replacement

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
