Return and Refund Policy

At ProjectKraft, all services including MBA project books, PGDM project reports, BBA project writing, ATS resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and Naukri.com profile setup are custom services created specifically for each individual student. Because of the personalised and digital nature of our work, the following refund and revision policy applies to all orders.

1. No refund after work begins

Once we have confirmed your order and begun work, no refund will be issued. This applies to all services including project books, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and Naukri setup. Payment confirms your order and authorises us to begin work immediately.

This policy exists because our team dedicates significant time, research, and expertise to each order from the moment work begins. Custom academic and career documents cannot be returned or resold like physical products.

2. Cancellation before work begins

If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun work, typically within 1 hour of payment during working hours, you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion. To request a pre-work cancellation, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 93724 43659.

3. Free revisions: our quality guarantee

While we do not offer refunds after work begins, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. If the delivered work does not meet your university requirements or the specifications you provided at the time of ordering, we will revise it at no additional charge.

Our free revision guarantee covers:

• Project books that do not meet your stated university format requirements
• Resumes that do not reflect the skills, experience, and target role you specified
• LinkedIn profiles that do not align with the target industry or role you described
• Naukri profiles with errors in information you provided to us at the time of ordering

Revision requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 93724 43659. Revision requests raised after 7 days may be subject to a service fee.

4. What is not covered under revisions

The following are not covered under our free revision guarantee:

• Changes to the project topic, specialisation, or scope after work has begun
• Changes to your target role or industry after the resume or profile has been delivered
• Revisions required because of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the student at the time of ordering
• Requests for an entirely different type of document after delivery
• Revision requests raised more than 7 days after delivery

5. Hard copy orders

For hard copy project books that are printed, spiral-bound, and shipped to your address, no return or replacement is offered once the physical copy has been shipped. If the hard copy arrives damaged due to courier handling, please WhatsApp us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

6. Payment disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error or you have a billing concern, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93724 43659 within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve all genuine payment disputes promptly and fairly.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us directly may result in the suspension of your order and future services.

This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
